Human beings are caught in the cycle of birth and death due to their ignorance (avidya)that veils them.We cannot break this cycle as long as we identify ourselves with the body and mind. We can break this cycle through self-inquiry of WHO AM I in which meditation plays a significant aspect in the process of self-unfoldment.

Birth and Death: Want to understand the reason for birth and death... you also need to understand the definition of God, what is Atman soul, the relationship between Atman soul and the physical bodily self and the doctrine of karma!

Why do we come into material world and why do we eventually leave it?
In the understanding that I am a metaphysical point of conscient energy, a soul, I understand that I come into matter from the Soul World of light (Brahmaloka).
Why do we come into matter? We come to experience and express. Coming here is like going on a wonderful vacation to a new land. We are all foreigners here.
The first to come are the great souls - Krishna and Radha (Lakshmi and Narayan) etc. When we arrive into this world drama, we each arrive in our highest state of purity and light. As the cycle of time progresses, this state of purity diminishes as result of "wrongful" thoughts, words, actions. All the while, as the state of humankind diminished, new souls, each in their utmost state of purity and radiance, keep entering into the world of matter. We are all number wise. When we come into matter, we remain until the end of the Kalpa-cycle.
Over time, the condition of mankind eventually diminishes to a state of maximum irriligiousness. God then descends and shares His Divine Knowledge with humanity to prepare humanity for its return trip home and the spinning of the discus of time once again.
We come into matter because we like experiencing and expressing. We have fun here - at least at the beginning of the experience. It can be said we each are eventually attracted by or pulled into matter for this reason. The supreme soul God Shiva never incarnates into matter and therefore is never subject to the effects of Karma.

Sir,
As I understand there is no death on birth.It is journey of the soul till it meets the ultimate The Supreme. Each soul is destined to merge with the supreme those who realise it , they only concentrate on this part of the entire creation. They work for self realisation . Apne Preetam kai liye jiten hain aur apne preetam kai liye marte hain.

This meager mind understands only that there is the mutable and the immutable, Souls are mutable as souls are subject to the cycle of birth and rebirth. The Supreme is immutable - changeless, perfect. Being mutable, however, how do souls merge with the immutable without affecting the immutable? Does the immutable perform magic to accomplish this or is there a non-complicated explanation?
An alternative view is that souls are unique particles of luminescent energy that never merge with or emerge from the Supreme. If a soul merged into the Supreme, even for an instant, it would lose it's uniqueness - would it not, and once absorbed into Brahman, how could the individual soul be considered eternal?
Souls (like you and me) can be understood as eternal, unique and indivisible points of conscious energy. The paradigm is shifting.

The Answer to the Question is hidden in itself.
God is giving us a chance to impove or make corrections in our nature.
If we do not do then we will get another opportunity to be in this material world again and again.
If we get the right wisdom or Gyan and make self corrections in our inner nature then we may be out of this cycle of birth and death.
All is in our own hands (karma).

'MIRDAD' says in his book
Sun rays separates and produce steam from water say from surface of sea.
It is named as cloud.Its purpose is to reshower as rain. cloud could not wander to its wish but
to shower and loose its water content fully is its birth goal taking wind as guideline.
Sea the resourse and sun the energy are the producer of clouds.
Did anyone say cloud has BIRTH and DEATH.
Similar is the case of Mankind.AMSATHMANS are produced to get dissolved in PARAMATHMA by
the energy of COSMOS.Production and dissolution are birth and death.
Is they 'BIRTH'?,Is they 'DEATH'

When you were infant child,your cells started dieing also regeneration of new cells started.
No infant child in you was found.Is the infant child died.Similarly your youth,your middle age
etc.Where was the death.
You are not the 1/7th.part play.Still 6/7th part play remaining.
Know to understand all 7/7 parts which we are undergoing.Time has come:" MEDITATE ".
" BE PART OF SPIRITUAL REVOLUTION "." KNOW AT LEAST NOW WHO YOU ARE ".
" GET AWAY FROM DESTROYED " when Mayan calendar ceases.

Did you have a choice in your birth, parents, brothers, sisters or relations, birth place, birth timings?
No.
Do you have a choice in timing your death?
No.
Can you get up in the morning at will? Can you go to sleep at will?
No.
Can you have weather of your choice at will?
No.
Can you have circumstances as per your wish?
No.
Men have no choice in birth or in living or death.
Our egos would not like it at all, but still this happens to be the truth.

But not in the physical plane.One must not stand only at body conscious but we are still
six other body clusters.They also play their prominent rolls.However people will not be

see for yourself anything and everything.Belief lies in experiencing.
