Dear Mr. Bhasin Ji Namaste,

I tried to response your queries, which are in red. I need to give it separately because thr formate did not allow to response your post.

We do all know God is Truth (Sat). And, Truth is God.The question arises what is 
Truth?

The self realization spiritually is itself the Truth and that can reveal about the truth of God and who has got awaken spiritually and know about his own state of The Parabrhama image. He also able to know about his present existence, karma and chief aim of life.and get totality eventually and once the truth (The state of Parabrahma) is attained other fake and selfish relations get dispersed gradually and automatically. Because where there is Truth then there no False remains. Therefore The Parabrahma is the Truth.

Why we call God as Truth?

Because he is the only and utmost truth.

Where to find this Truth?

No where but in one’s own soul (hridaya)

How to co-relate our selves with that Truth?

By feeling (internal Bhao) and it should be positive, only feeling is not enough there should be specific practice with the positive feeling along with to get the truth as God spiritually. Once holiness (Prem) generates within then rests all holy functions come to join one by one which help him to have divine knowledge and power to get to know the Truth.

Often we hear that one should attend Sat Sang. The question is which Sat Sang one must attend and why?

Sat Sang means to be with the true one. The most necessary Satsang is self-realization and after realization be on that 100% by function, words and thoughts is a truly Satsang because Sat is the base and we should leave it at any cost. I must say that to get the reality one should attend the Sat Sang.

I have a very nice experience, which made me Kriyananda Maharshi Dayananda.

Is it enough to read Shastras? Is it Sat Sang?

One should obey the instruction or quotes of the Holy Veda and other Great Scriptures the then only he may be able to know his state in a true way and once he able to get enlightened spiritually finds Satsang. Only Shastras reading is not enough, it can only give you a kind of pleasure which is for very short time but cannot take you to Sat. If it so then a good percentage of such people seen awakened spiritually. Shastras reading, It can be taken as Sat Sang but it will produce the Sat when then one is truly obey the quotes and it is a SADHANA.

Will the Shastras answer our queries?

Yes dear, but to realize the same spiritually it needs to bring them in practice and that would be more important in one’s life.

Is it enough to follow our own self?

Everyone is following his own self and results are in front of us accordingly. One should follow the truth with good moral ethics.

Is it enough to do some Yoga i.e. Pranayam etc. How far this will take us to reach our Goal i.e. Sat is a question?

One should understand correctly about Yoga and his Goal etc, only some physical movement cannot take you to Sat. Or else at present situation would have been different in the world.

Is it enough to follow our own limited Mind or Intellect (Buddhi) and then say that we are in touch with our Soul and following the inner self to reach God?

The intellect power is unlimited yet our follow up on finding God through our limited mind which grow in a huge way after much devotion on subject. Intellect will never be helpful to attain God as it illogically works more than logically. Simply feeling we can express but that will not take you to God. However, pure feeling with devotion is essential part in realizing the truth.

Is it enough to go from one Tirath (Place of Pilgrimage) to another so that we are with that Sat? What is the importance of this is a question?

It is all about to have influence on our Mann (Chita) where we receive a kind of pure/holiness and feel divine as well. It is a belief that Tirath fulfill our wishes as such places are full of divine and are already proven. Yet, it works only on as per our own faith, devotion etc. Pilgrimage keeps importance but having a kind of joy, commitment, determination, faith and devotion keep much more importance than moving place to place. Only tirath is not enough. Sat is within, no one can find it out side. After all whatever happens in one’ life that comes from his within and that is his real Sat.

Is it enough to take a dip in Holy Ganges (Ganga) and then think that we are pure and have the feel of being with God (Sat)?

It is same as what I said above and that is what you have in your within that matters most. Otherwise, all inhabitant of riverside (Ganga) would be pure and manipulations would have not been occurred.

Is the Sat Sang having the company of Saints (Pure Souls) and learn and follow the Art of Living?

Dear, Sat is there already and to get accompanied with it one needs to have a Satgurudev and request him for realization of truth in his life, who then advice, guide and give his divine knowledge and power to get Sat truly. Sat also accompanies with only pure soul who later becomes saint by his deeds and live the life completely, which is called art of living.

What is True Sat Sang?

The state of Parabrhama, totally enlightened spiritually can have the Sang of Sat and that is Sat Sang in true way. We often see saying Satsang Mei Ja raha Hun or Satsang Karte Hain etc. and it is all about to have the company of such Satgurudev (Sadgurudev) who can help to realize the Self image in a true way.

God is truth.

Eg: This is my limb,this is my leg,this is my eye,this is my nose.

       But i am not this limb,i am not this leg,i am not this eye and i am also not this nose.

       I am this total body.the above are my constituents.

       Is this not truth. May i explain truth more than this.

Similarly my SOUL / ATHMA constitutes 7 bodies.a)Physical body b)Astral body

c)causal body d)supra causal body e)cosmic body f)Anandamaya kosh

g)Nirvanamaya kosh. My physical body is not my soul nor my astral body nor

my causal body and so on...

I am lower nature of Poornathma or GOD.To become his higher nature i shed my

physical body once for all in the evolution way,secondly i shed my astral body

finally my karmic or causal body and open up my 3rd.eye.now i enter higher nature

of poornathma.My 3rd.eye and 4th.eye (wisdom eye) works highly well.I am citizen

of Astral world now.

 

KNOW ALL THIS AND YOU WILL BE KNOWING NOW GOD IS TRUTH.(SATHYAM)

 

Where to find: Sit in MEDITATION.Go within you.Take the help of your real Guru.

No Guru is real other than your breath.Catch hold and reach out God who is within.

How to co-relate:Catch hold of your breath.

Carefully choose Gurus of Satsang who are not speaking what is true God nature

and sathyam.

The sequence goes like this 1)Body 2)Mind 3)Intellect 4)Athma 5)Sarvathma

Discarding first 3 meant for physical life,we must sit in Meditation knowing that

we are Athmans with complex bodies fetching cosmic energy to our soul as food

by mind zeroing will only make us follow the inner self to reach God.

Sit in a silent Meditationable undisturbable place.If you don't find one in your

vicinity or house you may wander in search,or with your Satguru.But there is no

that much importance for any other less important pilgrimage.

No. not at all.

First we must know that there are two Gangas. 1)Akasha Ganga 2)Padhala Ganga

Akasha Ganga is the other name for cosmic energy which Lord Shiva by virtue of his 

MEDITATION spread thro' out the universe like 70% ocean on earth.To take bath in

Akasha Ganga is the significance achievable only thro' MEDITATION. and reach out

GOD.All the Mahagurus had done this.We must also have to do this.

Padhala Ganga or the river Ganges flowing in north India is a pilgrimage one can

wish to do or not to do in taking bath or so.

Is the Sat Sang having the company of Saints (Pure Souls) and learn and follow the

Art of Living?

Yes.

What is True Sat Sang?

Wherever you think truth is practiced.Not truth materialwise but spiritfully

evaluating us to merge with GOD.
