I am indistructible SOUL/ATHMAN.I traverse thro' lakhs and lakhs of paths and attain wisdom in
innumerable incarnations not only at earth workshop but elsewhere in the universe.
I cannot be created nor destroyed.I'm ever living,ever prevading,ever prevailing,omni potent,
omni present and omnicient.
I and GOD are one because i'm his son.He only seeded me.To say i'm his atom/particle.
The seed of any particular species grow as the same species not other than that.
So undoubtably " I AM GOD IN MYSELF ".To know myself mind is the barrier.
Zeroing in mind and be in meditation and know " who am I " are the present incarnation's
search. If I open up my 3rd.eye thro'meditation i envision all about me and I go to my father's
kingdom and regain my lost paradise.Though a sea water droplet doesn't feel the power
of the entire sea still it is the powerful sea only.
I have added Patriji's 3 BUDDHA POORNIMA 2011 videos and find out crystal clear answer and
ENLIGHTEN yourself.

I understand that Who Am I is a question of "Khoj" or research for a person.
To have self-realization one needs to be detached from the material world and also must learn the Yukti or Technique from a Spiritual Master so that he can go within and find the real answer for the question in hand.
May I most humbly request for your views, pl. Soham is one sort of realization end result. Some conclude in "Tatvamasi". And, still some "Aham Brahmasmi".
May God Bless !!
In order to honestly answer this question one must investigate the nature of the “I” in the question. The answer is a cognitive process of inquiry based in the mind but not of it. Perhaps the process is most effective by reasoning what I am not as opposed to what I am. Within our dualistic orientation we can observe a two fold conflict system; the head and the heart, or the ego and the Atman. We need the ego or mind to inquire however when it reflects on “who am I” a conditioned answer appears which is, I am the ego which was arrived at by the ego or mind creating a block. We tend to identify our being as the ego (persona). When the ego or mind delves deep enough our conditioning tends to fall off and one sees the true nature of the “I” or ego which is a falsehood. Upon this realization an inversion of consciousness takes place and the ego is actually dissolved or inverted into the Atman or heart center and the being has self realization. I see self realization as a process of cosmic inversion as opposed to a conditioned idea or statement. So in answer to the question “who am I” the answer is the self or Brahman or Atman or the observer but we need to go through the process to reach this realization.
Om Jai, may we all be self realized in this birth...!

I do very much appreciate when you say "Perhaps the process is most effective by reasoning 'What I am Not as opposed to What I am".
I also do think that we can closely see and watch our own body in "Sakar" or physical form.
One should investigate this Body first which is a great gift of Allmighty God. None can deny the existence of his own self even though some of us may doubt existence of Allmighty God.
Let us think how this human body is functioning? How do we get Thirst? From where does Hunger Appear? How do we digest food? How does the Waste from Body gets discharged daily? How the Blood in our Body is made?
How a man progresses in development of his own body from the time he is born as a small child to grown up stage? How the mind functions? How the intellect functions and how it is different from Mind? What is Chit? Is it there or not? If it is there what is the function of Chit?
Do we want Peace? If we want Peace what it is and how Peace can be attained? What is Love? Is it within us or out side?
Examining all this and various other key questions related to our Mind and what is inside us, we will certainly come to conclusion "Who Am I"?

Excellent posting.
I like these posting.
" We tend to identify our being as the ego (persona).
When the ego or mind delves deep enough our conditioning tends to fall off
and one sees the true nature of the “I” or ego which is a falsehood ".
For truehood
Clearly your statement visions the ' I ' as " AHAM BRAHMASMI ",
" THATVAMASI/you are that "," AHAM ATHMA BRAHMA ".
Hence the clear cut answer is ' I ' is the SOUL/ATHMA
WHO AM I = I AM ATHMA just a simple answer. why to complicate.
ATHMA constitute visible physical body and invisible other 6 bodies.
1)Physical body
2)Etheric body
3)Astral body
4)Causal body
5)Spiritual body/Supra causal body
6)Cosmic body
7)Nirvanic body
By sitting in Meditation 1 to 3 hours daily one can open up his 3rd.eye in
3 to 9 months,he can astral travel out side his physical body and visualise
his own body as proof and know that 'I am ATHMA'
Your lost paradise can be regained while you are in planet earth itself.

1)Aham Brahmasmi
Aham = Me / I , I am Brahmam - here Brahmam is referred as astral Soul/Aham.
meaning space inside the pot is also elsewhere in the universe.
Aham/ATMA come down to earth on preplanned mission, completes in 300-400
incarnations on an average passing on to various stages listed below
a)Infant SOUL -In terms of SOUL/ATHMAN only-not physical Body,Mind,Intellect
b)Baby Soul
c)Young SOUL
d)Matured Soul
e)Old SOUL
f)Transcendental SOUL
i)Infinite SOUL eg.Lord Krishna,Buddha,Rama...............consuming incarnations.
2)TATHVAM ASI - TATH=YOU, THVAM=ARE ,ASI=THAT(Brahmam)
3)AHAM ATHMA BRAHMAA = 'I' the 'ATHMA' is BRAHMAA
4)PRAGNANAM BRAHMAA = The consciousness with wisdom/knowledge,
Gnanam is BRAHMAA.
You know that you are Brahmaa when you know you are Athma and not
this Body.
Also it is material world from where we learn/experience with body vehicle
hence no detachment will serve the purpose.you have to shed your
collective incarnational karmas by experiencial expend or collect cosmic
energy in mind zeroing meditation and cleansing karma blocks in etheric
body.no other methods possible.
'Who am i'? I'M PRAGNANAM BRAHMAA
