Thanks Mr, Vinod ji for ur nice thought which really solve my confusion . No one is asking to worship krishna or ram it general that people use to do read ramraksha sutr or hanuman chalisa etc which
is nice but the one who doesnt do all this but have faith in god and remebers him daily and do rajyoga meditation (means he or she doesnt do karmkand) only rem. god by meditation so how much it is right

Thanks very much for your query.
May I ask who is asking whom to worship Lord Rama or Lord Krishna?
It is a matter of faith. If you meet or know a person full of magnificient qualities in life, do you have to appreciate and follow such qualities in life or not? You get inspired by such of the persons who have high qualities and every one around appreciates them.
Similarly, great souls in all fields, be it social, politicial, economic, cultural, art, science or spiritual are there. So one who has goals to achieve in their respective fields have to follow what they attained in life to make quick progress and even rather be more aggressive to be better than them by making strenuous efforts.
Now may I venture to highlight your other point that the supreme power is power (point of light) or shakti. Yes that is very correct. But when you can not see the power, what will you do? Can you see the light behind the tubelight or bulb or geyser etc. But you realise that power by your experience (think when light goes off). So once you have realized the power through knowledge, experience and wisdom you understand the importance of a gadet is because of the light or power or shakti. And, without that the gadet is useless.
That is called Tatva Gyan the root of Knowledge or Wisdom. As you value the gadets (which are a physical form) because of their utility or qualities or suitability to your own needs similarly one values the great souls who are full of qualities or utility in our own life. Their or even our existence is because of that power alone.
That is precisely the reason one has to respect the great souls like Lord Rama or Lord Krishna so that we have the character as they had and spend our human life in a better and enlightened manner.
May I request you to please read Bhagwat Gita and Ramayana to understand more on all this.

As it is said that the supreme power is the point of light who shower his blessings upon us (which is another point of light) so my question is what is lord krishna or ram as they r dheh dhari so whether to worship them or not?

Suttha sathvik with their thought power at utmost creates any thing and every thing.
Lord Brahmaa is suttha sathvik entity.
