Sri Om Jai Om...
We have all been chanting the Glories of Guru.
Some Bhaktas/Devotees chant the verse :
"Guru Darshan Ke Bal Bal Jaaun"
"Bal Bal Jaaun Bal Bal Jaaun"
The question arises whether one has a realized soul or not whom we call Guru in spiritual sense.
We do also call him Sat Guru since He is a realized soul. He has attained Sat i.e. God. So He has become a Living Master or Guru to advise others i.e. Seekars or Shishyas how to realize Sat or God.
When a Devotee/Shishya/Bhakta gets a little enlightenment from his Sat Guru, he then sings the above said lines. All Gyan/Atamgyan attained from Guru comes in the sight of the Shishya as he remembers his Sat Guru. A true Shishya is craving to have Darshan/Vision of such a realized soul i.e. Guru.
Then he starts chanting "Guru Darshan Ke Bal Bal Jaaun". That is he wants to sacrifice any thing and every thing for having Darshan of his Guru. What will happen when a true Shishya has a Darshan of his Guru.
The Guru's waves and blessings are showered by the realized soul upon a true Shishya. The Guru is then pleased to reveal more hidden secrets since the Shishya is a true seekar and he has followed the lessons given by his Guru to him earlier.
Now the question is what is Bal? Bal of course is a Hindi word meaning "Shakti" or Power one has or the command he has in his life. That is it could be Tan (body), Man(Mind), Dhan (Physical Aquirements).
We do all know Angad and Hanuman who were true Bhaktas or Devotees of Lord Rama had shown their power to Ravana when they visited him so that Ravana should get aquainted with the Bal or Power/Shakti of their Lord. Angad showed the Bal or Power by asking any one to lift his leg if the power was in Ravana or any one in his Kingdom. Hanuman also showed the power by burning the Lanka and ravishing it completely. This was only in devotion to Lord Rama so that Ravana get the message of the power of Lord Rama.
May I initiate the discussion as to how they acquired the Power or Shakti or Bal Angad and Hanuman had?
And, how can we also attain that Shakti or Power our ownself. Only when we have that Power or Bal/Shakti it is then and then alone we can sacrifice it for our Guru or for the good of others.
I invited discussions on this important topic please.
May God Bless !!
