"200% efforts to achieve the goal and 200% surrender to God for the results."....is success irrespective of the results! And if this be in all the persuits all the time habitually, the whole life becomes successful!

When results are not in your hands and they do not come as your wish or at your time, why be result oriented and create tension and thereby loose efficiency and enthusiasm!
